Abstract

To what extent do natural substances with known antibacterial properties such as vinegar (acetic acid), garlic (Allium sativum) and sage leaves (Salvia officinalis) differ according to their antibacterial effectiveness against Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922) as measured by the diameter of inhibition zones (±0.5mm) using the disk diffusion method under stable inoculum density, incubation conditions, disk size and extract volume?
