Abstract

Raman Spectroscopy is an analytical method used for determining chemical species, it provides information related to chemical structure and detections on certain molecular interactions. It is based on elastic scattering of light by an illuminated sample. In this research, the aim is to evaluate 3 different chemical substances; brilliant cresyl blue, crystal violet, and rhodamine 6G which has ultra low concentrations. At that point, Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) is utilized.
