Abstract

Our understanding of mass concept in science has changed over time which started with Sir Isaac Newton's theories and later Albert Einstein's ideas. During the 17th century, Newtonian mechanics introduced concepts like force, inertia, and mass to explain how objects move.1 While in the 20th century, Einstein’s theory of relativity completely transformed our understanding of space-time relationships and the nature of mass in physics.2 This research aims to explore how the development of physics changed our understanding of matter and energy
