Abstract
How do the number of colonies of Escherichia coli in Petroselinum crispum and Lactuca sativa samples are changed, when samples are soaked into 0 ppm, 1,000 ppm, 1,500 ppm, 2,000 ppm and 2,500 ppm concentrations of acetic acid (in vinegar) for 10 minutes during cleaning process and inoculated later on violet red bile (VRB) agar?
